Who we are

杭州壹素界文化传播有限公司, based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, operates AllvegHub. AllvegHub is a platform name, not a separate legal entity. This policy covers this website, its business enquiry form and related correspondence.

Information we collect

Our form collects your submission type, non-confidential business need or collaboration proposal, name, email, country or region, and privacy confirmation. Your company or organization is optional. We also receive information you provide in subsequent correspondence.

Technical delivery, source and anti-spam information may also be processed. Please provide only what is needed for your request, and leave out sensitive personal information, confidential formulas and trade secrets.

How we use information

We use submissions to receive and review your request, clarify requirements, assess a relevant starting point, respond and coordinate possible next steps. Technical information supports delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Submitting a request does not create a contract, public partnership or commercial acceptance, and does not add you to a marketing list.

Sharing and service providers

We contact you before sharing submission details or identifiable contact information with a partner. Your submission is not automatically shared with Senyo, Seleglu or Dasumen. The form privacy confirmation covers initial review and reply; it is not consent to a later transfer.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Formspree receives form submissions and stores a delivery copy. An email notification sends the submission to a Google Groups distribution group, which distributes it to a Google Workspace business mailbox and a WeCom business mailbox used for enquiry handling. The group also keeps conversation history accessible to group members.

The project lead reviews submissions. Records and correspondence may therefore be held in Formspree, Google Groups, Google Workspace and the WeCom mailbox. Access is limited to people handling the relevant work. Using the same workflow across the sites does not automatically share your submission with another business.

Our operator is based in China and uses the service providers described above. Information may be processed or accessed in countries or regions other than your own. The location and handling of provider data depend on the relevant service and applicable terms.

Browser storage and analytics

The form confirmation flow uses browser session storage to record a successful submission and prevent the same receipt from being processed again. The receipt contains technical identifiers, not your name, email or proposal text. Browser settings and session restoration can affect how long session information remains available.

For our production website, we use Plausible to understand aggregate patterns in visits and interactions, including page views, content and enquiry links, FAQ use and form submission outcomes. Preview builds do not run these statistics.

Our analytics event configuration excludes form values, contact details, free-text submissions and internal submission identifiers. We do not use analytics to identify the same visitor across the four sites. Plausible describes its service as cookie-free and does not track visitors across websites. This does not mean that our forms use no browser storage or that hosting and delivery services process no technical information.

How long we keep information

These rules apply to enquiry records and the copies we control across the services and mailboxes described above.

Formspree delivery copies are kept only long enough to verify delivery and resolve submission issues, normally no more than 30 days. Test, spam or clearly invalid submissions are retained for no more than 30 days and may be deleted sooner.

Ordinary enquiries that do not become active business matters are retained for 12 months after the last substantive business interaction, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Completed quotation, sample and project follow-up records are normally retained for 36 months after the last substantive business interaction or the end of the relevant business activity, whichever is later, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Contracts, orders, tax and accounting records, and records needed for fulfilment, complaints or disputes follow applicable business and legal requirements. They are not all subject to the same 36-month limit.

Internal forwarding, opening an email, an automated reply or copying a record to another system does not restart the retention period. Deletion covers the relevant copies in Formspree, Google Groups history and both mailboxes; deleting one copy does not establish that the others have been deleted.

These are our record-management rules, not a claim that every service deletes records automatically on the same schedule. Necessary retention exceptions are reviewed for their purpose, scope and next review date.

Your choices and requests

You may ask whether we hold information associated with your submission, request access or correction, request deletion, or ask us to stop further contact. You may also withdraw earlier permission for future partner sharing.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Withdrawal cannot undo sharing that has already taken place. Specific records may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations or a dispute. Contact us using the email below.

Other websites and business audience

Partner sites and other external websites have their own privacy notices. Following an external link does not itself forward your enquiry to that organization.

This website and its form are intended for adults acting in a professional or business context, not for use by children.
