About AllvegHub

Bringing needs and capabilities together.

AllvegHub is a China-based, globally oriented coordination platform for the plant-based sector. We help businesses explore relevant capabilities for specific product and business needs.

Our work builds on allveg’s industry reporting, interviews, forums and business connections. That industry understanding provides a starting point for practical collaboration.

Built on listening and observation

allveg began by reporting on plant-based food, places and people. Its work has grown into specialised industry observation, with interviews, exhibition reporting and visits to food businesses and factories.

Through its own seasonal industry forum, 四季素论, and other industry exchanges, allveg brings people into conversation. These experiences form the foundation for AllvegHub’s work with specific business needs.

From observation to collaboration

Across allveg and our founding partners, specific needs have led to ingredient use, downstream partnerships and commercial production.

  • Ingredient applications

Through allveg’s connections, Senyo ingredients have been used in sauce and filling development and commercial production.

  • Downstream connections

A plant-based butter brand found its first downstream customers through Dasumen. An allveg introduction also led to a soy milk product partnership.

  • Production collaboration

allveg connected an organic-living brand with Seleglu, where several tonnes of mooncake filling went into commercial production.

We contact the submitter before sharing their information with a partner. Each participating business remains responsible for its own assessment, quotations, agreements and delivery.
